****** Airtime

On the 20th of October I had R100 airtime which I kept to purchase data, on the 23rd I still had date and the R100 airtime. Then at about 2pm I suddenly had R70 airtime, but my data was still there. On Saturday I got another R40 airtime, however another 30 was taken, despite me having data. Sunday I woke up with a total of R60 airtime but my data was intact. When I phoned 808 the man I spoke to agreed that the airtime was being taken and that it needs to be credited back. I called again the following Monday morning and evening with absolutely no feedback or sense of urgency. I am unemployed and cannot simply keep buying airtime when MTN is clearly *****ing it. I called MTN on the 30th of October and was told to call back Wednesday November 4th, So I had R60 airtime with which I bough a 100mb data bundle for R15, yet when I checked again I only had R30 left. Why is MTGN continuously *****ing my airtime and why can no one at the call centre answer as to why this happening and get the refund processed. I only used my phone for social media, I did not call to use that airtime, it cannot simply disappear in to thin air. I phoned yesterday and today but still no answer or even effort.
