Stole my money and listed me as poor payer on ITC

<p>MTN stole my money and listed me as a poor payer with ITC. I am unable to take out the necessary credit that I need to for my business and thus unable to buy new stock and unable to make an income. My credit record has been wrongfully damaged by some idiot who sits behind a PC screan unable to allocate payments to the right accounts. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have posted here on several different occasions. Each taff member is as useless as the previous one. I have emailed every single proof of payment letter SEVERAL times. nobody can sort this out!!! How Hard can it possibly be???? </p> <p> </p> <p>I have had a several staff members put the phone down in my ear when I start to get (RIGHTFULLY) frustrated over the phone. Nobody can help me and every single time I get a lame reply stating that they are sorry to have dissapointed me, they log a reference and then nothing ever comes of it. I have COUNTLESS Reference numbers and lame appologies. </p> <p> </p> <p>Every month I pay my bills and they do not allocate the money to the right account. I have asked for the debit orer to be reinstated SEVERAL times... again - ******s sitting behind the desks are not smart enough to do this. This is frustrating and so unfair! A big corporation vs a small person. Rich get rich and the poor get poor. </p> <p>I recommend everyone stays away from this incompetant company and rather go to vodacom. you will lose more than just your monthly premiums!!</p> <p> </p>
