STOLE MY DATA AND NOT GETTING ANY SATISFACTION AS TO WHY!

Never again will I take out a contract with mtn, they cannot do a simple sum. Took 5 GB of my data and refuse to give it back. Do a simple sum mtn:- On my monitor it showed 12GB left over on the night of the 11th Novemebr (which incidentally has been paid for) 10GB from Novermber and 2GB from October 12 + 10 = 22GB right? A 5 year old can do this simple sum. So, why did you only carry over 7? 10 + 7 = 17GB? This is what my monitor showed on the 12th after getting my new data. That is a shortage of 5GB not so? 7 + 5 = 12? According to your previous email dated 1 Jan 2020 this is what you said:- Anytime bundles are valid for 2 months. Kindly be advised that our contract carry-over rule states that you can carry over unused contract inclusive allocations for two months. Therefore I carried over 12GB not so? AND NOT 7GB!
