Stock Issue

<p>Contract approved, but the store has no stock. On Tuesday 31st Jan, Agent said they would check with the other stores and get back to me - its now Thursday 2nd Feb, and still no phone call.</p> <p>I then decided to take the initiative to call the other MTN stores myself to find out whom has stock - found a store nearby that has, so I informed the Eastgate branch that I managed to find a store with stock. The store then tells me that I would need to cancel my order with them and apply with the branch that has stock and wait for the entire approval process again - which was so great the first time...</p> <p> </p> <p>So my 1st question is, how did the agent plan on checking with other stores for stock if I you aren't allowed to? (This is what I was told by the both agents at MTN Norwood and Eastgate)</p> <p>And my 2nd question is, why cant the stores communicate between themselves to arrange stock for their clients?</p> <p>My 3rd and final question is, why do I have to continually call the store myself for feedback?</p>
