Stinking service.

Mtn fourways a very pathetic service not intrested in servicing people, i went there on the 18.12.2022 for a contract fone, which was provided under agreed contract, to my suprise today as it was a day for my debit order to run they debited R2800 instead of R730 when i went for inquiry the lady that helped me which happen to be an assistant manager(forgot her name) made me call their mtn help line she left me there to go buy food less interested of my query. She eventually referred me to their head office in Roodepoort, apparently i bought data from them of R1499 which i am unaware of. To make it worse the lady at the customer center and the one at thr branch said different things which made me question their product knowledge. I will cut it here.
