STINKING ATTITUTE
I booked my handset with Mtn King Shaka in the middle of December. After I went to them to query several times. I unfortunately had to speak to a very rude guy by the name of Yusuf. This guy disregards his customers and his job. He thought he was doing me a favour by assisting me locate my phone. After he told me that the lady that assisted me had left the company and my phone is not on record that showed that it was booked. He than told me to come back tomorrow with proof of purchase and told me it was not his problem because the handset was not booked by him. When I complaining and mentioned that it has been more that three months, he simply told me to get off and also said I should come back tomorrow. As if I'm nothing, but I'm currently paying for this contract. I believe being a customer allows me to complain. This guy even refused to give me the Managers number instead he assisted the customer that came in after me and just said \You going to have to wait!!!!"I need a written apology from him and a quick response in this issue. I have never been so humiliated in my life. This guy does not deserve the be in the customer service industry. The worst customers service ever!!!!"""
