Stinking attitude by Thandeka Biyela Mtn Customer care

My Data and airtym keeps disappearing so I called in to get an explanation on what is going on but instead of getting answers I got third degree , I felt like a naughty school Child. Thandeka Biyela was extremely rude to me and is unable to listen or deal with customer complaints, very arrogant human being. It was a mission to get Her to say Her name, hope She gave me the correct name. I can't believe such an individual can be employed in the customer care department. SHOCKING EXPERIENCE INDEED!
