Stinking attitude
<p>My mother was having problems setting up her voicmail and when she went to MTN in Galleria to get help she was assisted by a girl called Amanda (19 May) who told her with a filthy attitude that she had to buy a new sim card and do a sim swap. She bought the new sim card and tried doing a sim swap with no success untill she communicated with a consultant who told her there was no need for her to buy a new sim card as the voicmail can be easily sorted over the phone.</p> <p>So it is clear that this girl had no intention of helping her or she doesnt know her job at all. </p> <p> </p>
