Stinking attitude
I called mtn cause my line was suspended even though I made a payment on Friday, so I called mtn and I spoke Kelly Marais, a VERY RUDE lady who doesn't know how to talk to customers. She told me that she can see I made a payment but my account was still suspended. What really made me was when she said I must not shout her I must speak like a human being, I couldn't believe the lack of respect that she gave me and she didn't even apologise, now I am more convinced that I must cancel my contract as soon as it expire cause if this is how I'm gonna be treated I'm glad my contract is coming to an end.
