What MtN does is directs you to self service online because they dont answer their calls when you call them or answer emails or call you back or they merely send you on a voice prompt goose chase where you dont get a resolution. So they make sure they are not contactable and dont assist their customers.

What I did was put a limit on my 2 GIG data card, which was confirmed online and still reflects on my account when i go online. However the data card doesnt stop when you hit your cap. It merely carries on at exhorbitant rates running up a massive bill when you falsely feel that you have limited potential damage by putting the limit on the account. So the fact that it continues to work makes you think that you havent reached your cap. This is complete disception

I am now sitting with a bill of R972 when in my mind the limit was to receive a bill of max R244! I have tried to contact MtN, I have emailed them, I have filled in an online form, I have already logged a hello peter call. Their first response was merely to direct me to where I can get my bill without answering any query at all. On hello peter they merely say I have to pay and dont bother to call or sort out or discuss
