STILL Waitong for my 20GIG PROMO DATA😡

I am deeply disappointed in the way MTN has treated me for the 2nd time this year when upgrading a contract. I upgrade in April and to thiscday despite lots of queries to th3 call center and the store I NEVER got 20gig promo data. Now once again I did an upgrade and once again I'm getting the run around. I called , I queried on Twitter all i get is we escalated your query!! I was told it takes 2 to 72 hrs once escalated. I was then told it takes up to 14 working days to allocate the 20 gigs. We'll MTN today was day 14 and still I'm waiting. If I don't pay u u suspend my line and blacklist me but you can do wteva you like and I must jus sit and wait! This was my 3rd ref no I got on Monday ***, it's now Friday!! You people are pathetic. I will never upgrade with you again and intend to cancel as the contracts expire. Tl
