I want to pay and cancel my contract. having more problems than before from bad service to incorrect billing. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME!!! BEYOND PI**ED WITH THEM.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience experience.
As per our conversation, t here is an amount of R1 255.28 outstanding until the end of April and since your contract is due to expire in January 2016.
Please see below the 2 below options that we can offer:
1. Pay the arrears amount of R1 663.28 (R1 255.28 arrears + R408.00 for the May and June subscriptions), we will reinstate the line and you can continue to use the number until the expiry date.
2. Should you wish to cancel prior to the termination date (16 January 2016) you would be liable to pay the amount of R2 530.28. Kindly note that the amount of R2 530.28 is only valid until 13 June 2015 since this is your next billing date.
Please advise which option you choose so that we can update your account accordingly.
