Still waiting refund
I returned a cellphone case on the 9-09-2015. I have the slip showing a refund would be made into my account but nothing is reflecting. How long does it normally take for the refund to come through? I also found it strange that my ID number was required - this has not happened to me at any store. I can understand a cellphone number but asking for an ID number is really strange, especially since I only purchased a cover and Im not on an MTN client
