Still waiting on money reversal
Good afternoon I'm still waiting on the reversal off the amount that has been taken off my account and if you look on the system my number was migrated and didn't reserved any airtime because it was stopped. How is it possible that i still have to pay for nothing? Want answers and by this time the money should have been paid back. Mtn is fast to complain if they don't get paid but then you have to struggle to get your money out of them while they are getting interest on you're cash it's ridiculous honestly.

According to our records, the number ending in 315 was cancelled in April 2015. An amount of R299.00 which was debited for in May 2015 was credited to your account on the 10 June 2015. Therefore the current balance on your account is R160.40.
