Still waiting on feedback!!! Account!!!

I am still waiting on feedback with regards to the query i logged a WEEK ago!!! I am disgusted in the service i am receiving from MTN Soneike!!! No one coming back to me??? And to make matters worst! i am still being billed! due to the incompetence and stupidity of one individual at MTN Soneike! i specifically told the sales man that it is a Closed line! That had certainly fallen on deaf ears! I had no knowledge of my cellphone being open after i specifically told him its a Closed line! I demand a explanation if I don't get i will be going to the newspapers. Our economy is already so bad i cannot cope with debt on my name! its absurd! I demand feedback or else.... Hell hath no fury!
