Still waiting on devices 6 weeks later!!!

We’ve had 4 contracts at MTN for last 20+ years. 3 of the 4 contracts were due for an upgrade, we then went to MTN Jacqueline Mall where they stated that once the credit check is cleared, we can receive our new devices, we waited 3 weeks and then only received 2 devices as the credit check kept on failing for some reason. We then went to MTN The Glen and same problem occurred (credit check keeps failing). This is week 6 of waiting for the 3rd device to be received. I understand that credit checks need to be done, but never has a payment been late or missed and all the documentation required for clearance is available, thus I do not understand how it is taking so long and why the credit check keeps failing. Never once have we had this problem when upgrading our contracts, we usually waited one day if that, in the past, to receive our devices.
