Still waiting for upgrade 5weeks

<p>I am still waiting to upgrade my phone it has been more then 5 weeks now. The shop does not phone you , when you eventually run out of patients and you phone them...all they have to say is that no stock.It's been going on for more than 5 weeks now..my wife upgraded in 3 days with the same phone at vodacom. .my next move is to cancel my contract.</p>
