Still waiting for the courier company to call me
<p>I got an sms on Monday morning at 10:30am advising that i have been apporved the courier company will call me to arange the delivery. then i get a call saying the status is not changed and i must wait (why should i wait if i got an sms stating clearly in writing i have been approved). I called again yesterday at about 11:00am and they advised it takes 24hrs but i advised the lady it is pass 24 hours and she just said sorry i must call back the afternoon to see. i called again in the afternoon and another lady advises it is approved i must wait. How long should i be waiting when its obviously way pass 24hrs? i hate the fact that i have to call in all the time to find out whats going on for my application. seems like noone at mtn is bortherd about the sale. I am thinking of taking the buisness somewhere else. pathetic.</p>
i have just received a call about my delivery. I feel that MTN staff was not helpful in contacting me for the details if all has been processed, approval etc. i had to make numerous calls for them to give me feedback. This is something you guys need to work on as follow up calls to customers makes a big difference.
