STILL WAITING FOR REFUND - 2ND REQUEST ON HP

This is the 2nd complaint on Hellopeter and I dont know how many stores I have gone into to try get my money back. This has become utterley rediculous and I want to speak to the CEO of MTN. I have a credit that is due to me since last year and I am still waiting for it. I am beyond furious!!!! What is the hold up? Mike from your complaints department has vanished and no one replies to responses. I WANT THIS REFUND TODAY!!!
