Still waiting for R4000 voucher as advertised

I upgraded my mobile received with it 30gigs and R4000 cruise voucher which was all confirmed via email. Upgrade confirmed also via email 28th Dec 2017. Now I receive the 30 gigs but am informed that I will not be receiving the voucher due to my mobile being delivered to my home after the 30th Dec 2017!!!!! This is unacceptable and I demand that it be corrected ASAP
