Still waiting for Paid Up Letter -MTN Legal Department

I requested the letter some time in Dec and the consultant responded on my email stating that the letter I have requested is attached, but the email contained no attachments, I then responded immediately stating that there's no attachment. I never received feedback after.

2 days ago I called them again and was told I will receive the letter by yesterday morning the latest.

I'm still waiting.
