still waiting for my product to be delivered

Sylvia and Joey have both been promising me to deliver my mac book, which is part of my upgrade, my contract is all signed and sorted yet i still am waiting for my mac book. i am paying for something i still do not have in my hands. Every time i phone they either do not answer my calls or when they do there is always an excuse as to why i still do not have my mac book.
