STILL WAITING FOR MY PHONE TO BE COLLECTED FOR REPAIRS WITH ACCESS FEE ALREADY!!!!

I submitted my claim 3weeks ago for my broken non functional cell phone and payed my access fee and my device still hasn't been collected for repairs, how long does it take for MTN render services??!!!!!!
