Still waiting for my phone that is in for repairs

There was some problems with my 3 month old Sony M5, problems that include shutting down and only starting up again when the phone is plugged in into a charger. This problem acquire a month after i got the phone but was no big issue because it only happen like twice a week maybe but then after about two months the screen stop responding. I went to my nearest Mtn that was Mtn Hatfield plaza to give my phone in for repairs. The lady there told me that my phone will not be swapped with a new phone even if its not my fault because the phone have 3 marks on it. I was disappointed because the phone is mostly plastic and get marks easily. I send the phone in anyways because I really can't go without one. This was on the 08/03/2016 and after getting tiered of waiting I called them to ask what is happening, this was on the 15/04/2016, and where my phone is. The lady said that she sent me a SMS on the 14/04/2016 informing me that they are waiting for parts? But I did not receive any SMS from Mtn on that day or any time before. I am really tiered of waiting and want to know where my phone is, what parts they are waiting for ,and why, and when will it be finished.<br> <br>
