Still waiting for my phone

On 07-Nov-2017 Willem Jnr Loots the MTN Complaints Management Team rep**** with "You will be contacted, please bear with us during this process. " I am still waiting for someone to call me Sir. MTN is in breach of contract. I am paying for a phone that is nowhere to be found. Please resolve this issue NOW!!!!!
