Still waiting for my phone

27 November 2015 I took my Samsung phone to Middelburg mall's Mtn so that they can send it for repairs and Gugu took my phone in and told me that it will take a maximum of 3weeks,I mentioned it to her that my phone's warranty will end Dec 23 2015....Second week of January 2016 I got a message from Mtn repair centre saying I should pay an amount R5200 when I called the repair centre to ask how that was possible since my phone was still under warranty when I sent it to Mtn Middelburg mall I was told that Middelburg mall sent my phone on the 6 of January 2016 and it's warranty was already expired.I went to Mtn Middelburg mall to enquire about this then an Indian lady whom I assume is a manager told me to leave my numbers she will call but she never did so I called the following day and again I was told they wil sort it out and call me but they never did.it's been 2months now and I'm still waiting for my phone and even on Monday 01 February 2016 I called Mtn Middelburg mall and got the same lady whom I think is a manager and again she told me she will call me on the 02nd of February but as always she never did.
