still waiting for my phone
have sent my device at Mtn Jabulani mall on the 16/12/2015 and on the 04/01/2016 i have received an sms regarding inception of a quote i have accepted the quote because i do have insurance with Mnt . On the 12/01/2016 i have received an sms stating that my device is ready for delivery however i have to pay R1960.77, i went to Jabulani mall to enquire why this much hence i have an insurance the consultant by the name of tumelo called in an i was advised to pay R150.00 the amount was paid the same day, and still today i haven't received my phone ... the consultant said it will take 2 DAYS TO BE DELIVERED AND AS PER SMS THE PHONE WAS READY FOR DELIVETY,, I NEED MY PHONE
