STILL WAITING FOR MY HEADSETS 13 WEEKS LATER!!!

Good day <br> <br> i called MTN insurance on the 12 February to tell them my phone was damage, their response to me was on the 17th of March 2015 when the phone was collected by SMART PHONE PLUS.<br> Last week Friday i received a call from SMART PHONE PLUS i was told my phone would be delivered yesterday , I'm still waiting .<br> MTN service has dropped and waiting 13 weeks is just way too much, it is really pathetic and disgusting and yet the payments for the phone are collected month to month .<br> I am sick and tired of getting reference numbers get your employees sorted and they must do their jobs because this is really , really not on.<br> <br> i cant wait for this contract to be done i will definitely not be renewing it.
