Still waiting for my feedback as she promised

I had spoken to a lady named Wendy regardibg an sms that was send to me concerning data was supposed to be send to me and it was not. I did email her the proof that a confirmation wa send to me regarding the smsm and she did confirm with me that she escaleted the matter to her superior and she even called me the very same day to ask me to wait for 24hr feedback nd its already a week now and she has not give that feedback as she promised. I have called in again nd she was notified by her colleauges by email that I am still waiting for my feedback. I have also send her an email bt to date I am still invisible. Is this how a customer should be treated???? Please advise on where we should send our queries hence we experience **** customer service from your so called service champions.
