STILL WAITING FOR MY CONTRACT

I upgraded my phone in December 2014 and for some poor reason, MTN could not provide me with a copy of the contract at that time. I was then informed that this will be emailed to me. The fact that I'm writing this complaint tells you that this has not yet happened. I have phoned Clearwater Mall where I did the upgrade and every time, I was informed that this will be sent to me and every time, I ask \when?"because MTN's word means nothing to me. I have had no results to date. Then someone from contracts phones me and I ask them for my contract. Just like the people from Clearwater Mall"
