STILL WAITING FOR MTN TO RESOLVE A PROBLEM

Two weeks ago I had an issue with MTN which has still not been resolved. My services were initially suspended with MTN citing non - payment for two months then after sending proof of payments my services were immediately reinstated, with a feeble apology. However when my next debit order went through they double deducted my account and now after numerous calls and emails I have still not got any resolution . They also got pathetic excuses about their systems etc. I am a customer of theirs for 25 years and have never ever had any payment problems. I am quite frustrated by them .
