Still waiting for Migration to prepaid.

<p>I have called 808 many times over the last month and a half trying to get my numbers migrated to prepaid. We were told 2 weeks ago that the migration was complete. But yet when I try buying prepaid data from afrihost it says my number is still tied to a contract. 808 confirms it says prepaid in their systems. And tried putting me through to the retentions department for them to assist me. I waited close to half an hour for someone to answer only for him to put the phone down in my ear. That angered me even further. I'm currently waiting on the line to retentions a 2nd time. All I want is for the numbers to be moved to prepaid. As I am being moved from department to department and no one seems to know what is going on. </p>
