Still waiting for information

i have contacted MTN 4 times to obtain copies of invoices. As they go back a long time I was told they have to request them. 4 times I have called and been told they will get them to me. It has now been almost 2 months and nothing. What do I tell SARS about invoices that MTN is unwilling to provide
