Yes and I went back to the store and told them, that I won't take the phone in the state its in. Said they know nothing as they are new. Was told to contact Gaobusi which I did via email and there was no response from him. It's not my fault that there was further damage to my device while it was in MTN's possession. Anything could have happened at that time because there was an ongoing strike. I want my phone in the state that it was when I sent it in for repairs on the 28/02/2015.
