Still waiting for feedback!

I damaged my phone on the 28th of January while on practicals in Krugersdorp, I contacted the 808 call centre on the 1st of February & was told that my damaged phone will be collected, I just need to phone the collections call centre on ***. I spoke to one of the rudest call centre agents who informed me that MTN never collects handsets from customers & I must drop it at my nearest MTN store, I confirmed this with his supervisor. The next day (2nd Feb), I took my phone to MTN Clearwater where they informed me they accept no handsets from customers it has to be collected, they can only submit my claim which they did. On the 8th of Feb, after hearing nothing back from MTN Insurance repairs, I tried to phone the *** call centre & the ***call centre to have the call cut several times after holding for over 10 minutes, I tried phoning 808 who told me to phone ***, which is the high volume repairs centre - who told me they were not the right place. I have emailed MTN insurance & repeatedly tried to contact their call centre to NO avail - now I sit with a broken phone & no way to get it fixed other than sit on my ass and wait!
