Still waiting for courier company to collect my phone Bad service

I have opened a claim for my phone on Monday and paperwork was done for insurance claim and been told that they will send courier to fetch my phone even today my phone not collected and I cant use it as it needs be assessment or repairs

Is this how you treat client now i am not happy at all
