Still waiting for contract outcome

I went to Rosebank Mall MTN store 3 weeks ago to apply for a contract phone. I took all my documents. I signed all the relevant documents and the lady who was helping me told me that she will call me with the outcome of the contract. Last week I called the store and ask for the lady. I was told she was busy and the guy who answered the phone assured me that the lady will call me before end of day. Now we are going for the 4th week and still no call. Maybe MTN doesn't want to give me a contract but at least have the decency to call me and advise me. Now I'm in the dark. Is this how MTN treats potential customers?
