still waiting for cellphone over 2 months as it hasbeen sent to be repaired.
ther service from the agents. team leaders andrepair centre is pathetic. I have sent my cellphone to be repaired and still i havent recieved. every time I call in all I get is excuses . At one stage I was even to told 'I need to understand and be patient as people are on a go slow' not even a courtacy cell was offered to me in the interim.

I just spoke to Ntswaki and Andrew from the repair centre and I was told that there is no record of my device on their side, both the IMEI no and my cell no doesnt pick up anithing on their side. I spoke to Lindsay again today and he told me that the staus of my claim still reflect 'awaiting parts' which has been like for the past 4 weeks when I call in for feedback.Alice do you know how frustrating it is to for weeks without a fone , and everytime I call in I am given the run around. Can you find my fone sent it back to me, i want nothing to do with you people. If I dont get it back ASAP this will go beyond Hello Peter. I am tired of you people.
