Still waiting for cellphone

I am still waiting for Mtn Keywest Krugersdorp Gauteng to contact me regarding my Samsung A20 cellphone due to software problems. Been now for 2months, why can they just for once take time find out the problem and contact me back. I must say Sam at Mtn Keywest was great so far in trying to help. The other consultants are very poor at service and after sale service. I am going to consumer council. I am paying for a cellphone now that I dont even use. Is this fear.
