Still waiting for an online MTN contract to be approved

I app**** for MTN Contract Application Confirmation online on the 5th of December which was during the Black Friday special. I received a call from someone for MTN a few days later who asked me irrelevant questions and was told I would get another call with someone to complete the contract for me. I have since gotten absolutely no feedback. I followed up three times and still no feedback. I am very disappointed in MTNs poor service and would like to understand why they do not want my business?
