still waiting for a url report requested 13th July
i have sent in a request for a url report for a certain number on the 13th of July 2015 and I am still waiting they keep on sending mails saying they will get back to me or it takes 21 working days. the last email was send on Monday telling them I will put in a complaint if I don't get any feed back at the end of the day, hopefully this complaint will help me get just a url report as requested.
