Still waiting for a reply

Another month passed without anyone getting back to me. MTN doesn't do anything to assist their customers. They are quick to change your debit order but they ignore you if they owe you money. No assistance, no service, no feedback. This is pathetic and unacceptable. I will stop my debit order and not pay 1 cent till my account has been rectified. In this uncertain time I don't even know if I will get a salary at the end of the month and can not let MTN deduct more money than what they should.
