Still waiting for a month now for my cell phone, already paid for it yet no cell phone

I upgraded in July 2017 with J.T on the telesales he told me that I will receive my phone. When it be came 3 weeks, I went to my local MTN to ask if I can cancel the upgrade they told me that 7 days has already lapsed, so my upgrade cannot be canceled. MTN has since deducted moneys from my account for a phone I do not have. I wrote to them on their Twitter handle, they told me that their customer service will call me but I am still waiting for them to call me. The courier services they are using told me that they are still waiting for the phone from MTN, when I call MTN they tell me that the phone is with the courier service.

I am going in to the second billing period and there is no phone still. MTN is not giving me any joy.
