still waiting for a handset as promised

it has been close to three weeks ever since i waited for the sony aqua m4 at highveld mall witbank mtn.i have been told there is no stock.I would like to cancel this contract with mtn as i feel i am not treated with respect and i am not satisfied. i bought a car and i need not wait for three weeks like this as I am waiting for a cellphone.
