Still waiting for a callback!

I am still waiting a call back from MTN regarding the cancellation of my contract. I spoke to Phele Dlamini on the 30th of September and he promised to get back to me within 3 working days. It's been more than two weeks now. I need to cancel the contract and pay whatever amount that is due.
