Still waiting !

I app**** for a contract on the 24th May 2023 for an iphone 11 and I was condtionally approved ( I only know this because I had to call to find out). more than a week went by with no contact from MTN so I decided to call again to find out the status of the application and I was told by a female agent that I only qualify for a sim (even though I was already informed that the iphone was approved. This agent proceeded to tell me that because I won't get the phone, she is going to cancel the order. On Monday the 5th of June, I received a call from MT stating that the phone was approved but was cancelled and if I wanted to, I could reapply. So I started sending out online applications just to get the sales team to call me. I have called their customer care department over 10 times and today it is the 8th of June 2023 - I have no phone and have not received any calls from them to explain what exactly is going on. I am baffled at how long it is taking for this to all be done. I am disappointed to say the least. From the 24th May to the 8th of June and no real assistance has come my way from MTN !!!
