STILL WAITING AFTER 3 YEARS

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>It's been 3 years since i wrote about MTN and there terrible service regarding my contract that I have with them or had with them. They took thousands of rands out of my bank account and never paid me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I signed a contract that states that i will be paying only R778 per month for the Samsung Galaxy S3 + Note Tab. After a couple of month that increased to R1400 - R1500 and the only answer they could give me is that i clicked on something online and that's why my contract increased. What a load of **** storms that is. I signed a contract with MTN not anybody else and my question is how they could allow this as i signed for a R778 contract and who ever the other company is i just don't carre. They cannot just get with coming into my contract unless MTN gave them the right to do so. This is ***** !!!!!!!!!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I was promised by a Natalie women from MTN Head office that she will look into the case but she never came back to me at all. I want this sorted out asap as my next step will be a discussion between myself and my lawyer as i will sue as this is restricting me from getting any contract with MTN as my account apparently was handed over to there Lawyers.</p>
