STILL WAITING

On the 29 April i filed a claim for my insurance with MTN insurance submitted all the documents. I was told it takes 5 days to process the claim. its a day 8 already and every time i call the call centre.i am being advised my claim has not be processed by the claims administrator.. i am amazed as its day 8 already.
