Still waiting
3 weeks ago I app**** for a new contract at MTN Matlosana Mall. The system was down and they told me to come back in an hour or so. Unfortunately the system was still down. Ramona made copies and told me she will put it through as soon as the system was up and running. The next day I drove back to town ( I stay an hour out of town)and everything was in order. I was told it would take 2-6 hours for an hours. TWO weeks later, after numerous trips to their shop and getting extra info from the bank ( because MTN couldn't link my id with the bank account), I finally got the contract and phone. I was told it would be activated at midnight. (SIM swop from Cell C)That was 5 days ago!! I went to the store 3 times already. Each trip cost me at least R150 just on fuel. Today I aready called them at least 6 times, and every time, I was promised a call back. I am still waiting for that call.
I don't usually complain, because I know unforeseen circumstances can occur. But, if there is a hold up on something, wich is supppose to take a few hours, they should have tried to get to the problem. But instead they only check the status on the transaction.
Ps.I am still waiting for their promised call
