Still waiting

I received a call from MTN call center on 28 Oct offering me a data bundle on top of my current contract, because I'm such a loyal subscriber. I was sent though ref numbers saying that my order is being processed but nothing else happened.<br> <br> I've also emailed the different support emails asking what's going on and Have not received any feedback yet.<br> <br> Would like to know what's going on as soon as possible.
